FITT ABS SET B // 3 Rounds + Burnout

For Set B, you’ll need to use an external timer, like an Interval Timer from the app store. You will perform each exercise below for one minute then move onto the next move for a total of 3 rounds (9 minutes). For your final Bikini Blast minute, you will set a timer for 60 seconds and do as many Ab Vacuums as you can.
