Community Director

Position Overview

The Community Director will be responsible for leading, connecting, inspiring, and strengthening our membership communities and general audience.

Here at The FITT Cycle, there’s nothing more important and valuable than community. We truly measure the success of our company in the success of our clients and the experience they receive. The Community Director will be responsible for finding golden nuggets of testimonial treasure and highlighting our clients wins for all to see.

The rockstar in the Community Director role needs to come to the table with experience in community building and communication. Why? Because you’ll be sitting at the head of the table when it comes to proactively providing resources, support, and insight to all the clients who already know, like, and trust us. Talk about big shoes to fill, right?

Our ideal candidate will do whatever it takes to ensure the members of our community feel heard, encouraged, empowered and supported. They come to the table with their own strategy and insight from day 1 and aren’t afraid to take initiative and get results.
